聲(shēng)音斷(duàn)斷(duàn)續續：You're breaking up：你的聲(shēng)音斷(duàn)斷(duàn)續續的 。
當(dāng)一個人跟你打電(diàn)話時說You're breaking up，是說你的聲音“斷斷續續”的 ，而不是說：你在分手 。

02.常用打電話用語
pick up the phone：接電(diàn)話(huà)
hang up the phone： 挂電(diàn)話(huà)
pick up和hang up是源於(yú)以前的電話 ，它一般挂在牆上，“接電話”需要手動拿起來（pick up），“挂電話”需要再挂回牆上（hang up）。雖然現在以前的電話已經變成瞭(le)今天的手機 ，但用法還是保留下來瞭(le)。
I'll pick up the phone. 我來接電(diàn)話(huà)。
最簡(jiǎn)單(dān)的說法就是 ：I'll get it：我來接。讓我來。
Your phone is buzzing: 你的手機(jī)在響(xiǎng)。
I'll get it: 我來(lái)接。Hang/Hold on: 先别挂。
hang和hold "on"指的是把電話拿著(zhe)的這個動作，可用於(yú)在電話中讓别人等一等。
I'm getting out of subway. Just hang on.
我正在出地鐵。先别挂。
hang/hold on後(hòu)面還(hái)可以加時間，一般是加a second/sec或a minute。Hang on a second/sec.先别挂，等我一下下。

回電(diàn)話(huà)的英文要分情況 ：如果因爲沒接到電(diàn)話(huà)， 英文叫：return someone a call: 回電(diàn)話(huà)
I need to return my mom a call or else she'll worry about me.我得回我媽一個電話，不然她會擔(dān)心的。如果接到瞭(le)，但當時有事在忙 ，後來回電話，英文叫 ：
call back：回電(diàn)話(huà)
