【注意身份,恰當選擇】
寫郵件之前確(què)認好收信方的稱(chēng)呼,尤其是給教授/導師/助教/HR/Mentor/Boss發郵件時,注意書寫正確(què),如果名字都沒寫對會給對方留下非常不好的初印象。

落款是一封正式的郵件不可缺少的一部分,一般與正文&結(jié)束語隔一行書(shū)寫。
由於(yú)是最後一步啦,大家可能急著(zhe)發出去而出現錯誤或遺漏,所以一定要穩住!
建議制作個(gè)人的落款模闆,一方面方便展示自己的基本信息,另一方面也避免書寫錯(cuò)誤。

-發送郵件前請仔細檢查,避免拼寫/稱(chēng)呼/附件遺漏/收件人郵箱等低級錯(cuò)誤

-發(fā)郵件的時間(jiān)注意選擇工作日的工作時間(jiān),如果有時差設置定時發(fā)送

-收到回信記得禮貌回複(fù),不管是否還有其他問題或後續輸出,都請及時回複(fù)並(bìng)表示感謝
