01. OOO
有歪果仁同事或客戶給(gěi)你發(fā)“OOO”，
千萬(wàn)不要認(rèn)爲是“哦哦哦”的意思哈~
“OOO”全稱(chēng)爲(wèi)out of office，
是沒(méi)在辦(bàn)公室，出去度假的意思。
這是電(diàn)子郵件的自動(dòng)回複功能，
假如你出去度假瞭(le)(out of office),
這時不在辦公室，
辦(bàn)公一族時常在OUTLOOK上設置這句話(huà)。
例句：
I m OOO for annual leave and I ll deal ，
with it when I get back from vacation.
我正在休年假不在辦(bàn)公室，
休完假回來再處理。
02. PS
在郵件往來中，
我們(men)常常會(huì)出現PS這樣的字眼，
是Photoshop嗎？
不是的哈，它的全稱(chēng)是postscript，
是附言的意思，一般出現(xiàn)在郵(yóu)件的末尾
添加一些需要提及的内容。
例句 ：
A brief, handwritten postscript，
lay beneath his signature.
在他的簽名下 ，
有一句簡短的手寫附言。
03. 郵件中常用句型
開場白
